So the company that is taking over QA is taking all the Molina employees from QA? If so I am glad they did that at least.
QA was outsourced and all were retained by the outsource company. Infrastructure will happen in February.
It’s 3pm and folks are getting canned left and right- what a mess this place is!
I can’t wait! I already started loading up on my prune juice intake along with 17 other laxitives- more than you would ingest for a colonoscopy. This is gonna be an epic exit!!
I don’t think anyone said it was going to be big. Someone asked if there were more layoffs- and that’s what is being discussed.
How can another round be this big yet no warn notices with any State Molina is in?
IT. Multiple departments. Coast to coast.
Again what departments? Where? U cant just give a date
Xerox

I really doubt they will lay off folks tomorrow. They won’t just cut people like that. In tomorrow’s meeting they will more than likely announce who the outsourcing group is. As usual they will be very cryptic.
Thank u for clarifying that for me about jobs and days of the week. I knew my original post sounded cruel and heartless but couldn't stop myself. Please read the f---ing post next time..f--- sakes. I wasn't emphasizing the day as if it were my personal f---ing preference. How u got that out of my post is f---ing unreal. I referenced the day bc ..u ready?? I thought it was odd that they would pick a Monday to do the layoffs as opposed to Fridays. So just to recap - I do care about others jobs (even though any rational human being would realize my post never implied that) but think it is odd for it to be a Monday which leads me to believe it may be false news. Lets go over the highlights real quick : Jobs = I care about..Layoff day on Monday = I found odd. We will have more as this story develops....
It”s tomorrow for IT. All hands meeting tomorrow at 3pm Pacific. WebEx only, not on site like usual and we’re asked to turn our webcams off. It’s been a fun ride.
That doesnt make any sense for layoffs to be planned for a Monday. Much eaaier to do at the end of a week.
