Does anyone have info on the compensation award? I have been told two different things.

I believe that functionality is to be used for things such as associate of the month bonus. A one time bonus pay. Any changes in pay rate have to have an accompanying job offer and all changes have to be approved by people solutions before they're processed, so I don't believe you can just give out raises willy nilly.
Not the severance . There is a compensation award in workday to adjust associate pay. Been told some people have done it and others say its not for Sam's, just on the workday program.
1 week of pay for each year of service, average hours.
