Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

Why do t rates have such low iq.

They accept a job and it’s terms and say they are fine with it and then turn around to complain and act like they weren’t told. They also act like they lost something. You can’t lose something you never had. Ge lowered its hiring standards to higher them and they can’t understand a basic agreement.

As a t rate I would be wary of basic agreements too, particularly those which are non est factum or don’t know their ‘expectation interest’ from ‘reliance interest’. The other thing to check is whether the parol evidence rule applies under the legal authority of Jacobs v Batavia & General Plantations 1924.

Hey I'm not a T rate or a D rate and IDGAF because I don't spend my life worrying about what other people think.
