I especially liked the one where Randy didn't like the service for the Oracle headlights he bought for his Chevy. A few of the other reviews complained that Oracle Support reps did not know their products. I'll plead guilty on this one - I was not aware that we sold headlights. We must sell them to BMW - that would explain why I always see BMW's with at least one headlight out.
