Have a plan in place for CR. The Margin for error is nearly gone you’ll have to get perfect just to score. This is what real professional managers do. Manage the business needs and meet metric goals. Wake up the job requires us to get this right. We should focus on the controllable. CR this year may only be 10% of MSH but the DL has stated coach and counsel for two months of fails.

I started doing that in sections. Scanned all of OTC and got 26 pages of large labels from the PLA hub.
Just use the payroll and scan every label in the store this week. You’ll get every label in the hub next week. Then just stay up on planos and price changes.
I’m a DL and have three stores doing that that hovered in the 95-97% window. I’m allowing them to get caught up; then it’s on them to follow through in Jan.
It’s because the DL gets written up too if their district is two months not at goal.
I just got put into a store where the PLA is 80%. DL wants me to get it to 98% or better, yet this store is behind on 50% of the planograms. Asked if I could commit to getting a 98% by January 😑
True that! DL will write up a manager for a few out of dates but will ignore a PIC that fails their audit the same day ! You all know it to be true . These RX DL look out for their pharmacists and truly believe you are replaceable by anyone. There is no respect for you as a manager
They always had counseling if you fail two months in a row either war out dates or price discrepancies
Wake up, this is how you get rid of managers in the FS who don’t belong, you important GED FS managers really think you’re important? You think they’ll fire a pharmacist for CR? You FS managers will be gone in a heartbeat.
