Mangers without a degree need to job search now, no exceptions. Only certain managers who have passed a new Rx certification can run health hub. Quietly last year a handful of managers were chosen and have completed the certification. It was very difficult for most of the people Fs based and much easier for the lead techs that also were involved. This was conducted by an outside 3rd party , no rubber stamping this process by shady trainers.
