Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Stop it! Everything is fine, these posts are laughable

Hello. Not to identify myself but I hold a high value position in operations. Your jobs are safe no reason at all to worry. We will revamp front stores , but it will be nothing drastic that causes loss of jobs. You are all key to the transition so enjoy your holidays and do not worry. We tried last year to keep everyone calm when lay-off rumors started.

So, why are my Shift Supervisors, now having to respond to LEARNET, on SMD modules? A pre-test, and the, a post test.

Let's see...…... Our Communications Dept., has finally recognized that, once IT switched venues, which is often, the Stores Actual sales numbers, vs. Budget, were different, How strange! The actual sales figures achieved by the Stores were lower, than they put in their monthly KMI.

This has happened twice in the month of November, 2018, so, I put in a service ticket to document.

Remember SM's, if the KMI is not reporting accurate store sales figures, it will affect not only your yearly BONUS, but your YEARLY EVALUATION.

How convenient of them...…………..

I agree ! I have seen only positive changes lately, My DL is open and honest with us and tells us new training and job opportunities are on the way and we will love the new direction of the company, if you are angry it is probably because you do not want change. Managers will have to embrace new roles due to repurpose of floor space! So chill out this will be great for everyone

Please stop this! We need everyone. You may play a new role but we do not want to lose anyone! With continued education our hubs will offer many new exciting opportunities in the health field! Had you rather sale a policy or unload a truck? Care for the elderly or put corn flakes on the shelf?

They need to stop with the lies. They plan on getting rid of all of those who are not needed and make too much money because they been with the company for way too long. There is no place for us when they finish changing over,we all know that. But i would not wait till then, i can not trust fake smiles. When they talk about the merger with cvs and aetna have once they even said anything about the employees benefit of the merger, no. Wake up and take this for what this is, a relationship gone bad and its now time to go. They want us gone.

Yes, everyone is safe?!?! This was told to the DMs last year. I was one of many that held amazing metrics, ran a profitable P&L and high team engagement yet I was laid off because I didn't kiss enough @ss or look a particular way. SMH. People - always be on Alert. Think and put yourself & your families first before this company. They only care about you until they are done with you.
