Any IT Applications Engineers (IT Developer/Analyst) have experience with either company. Would be extremely helpful to find out what they can offer a senior IT Applications Engineer with experience in mainframe (COBOL) programming, Systems Analyst, and Business Analyst.

I interviewed both firms and requested to talk with the executive coach I would be assigned to. I had heard LHH was the premier firm but decide with Right Mgt. both firms are capable and it gets down to which executive coach do you want to work with. For me, my Right Mgt coach has been worth her weight in gold. Really solid advice, great sessions in negotiations, help with my LinkedIn profile, and so much more. It’s a great benefit and I’d highly encourage everyone to take advantage of it as soon as you can.
