Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

I am a current union member of the 301 and have been since 2011

I think all T rates should quit on the same day. Nothing will get better for us working here we are doing 3 job codes these days. Oh to save the local campus I forgot. It is all for a lost cause! When do the t rates get anything besides getting the shaft AGAIN? So I am calling on all my fellow T Rates to quit on the same day December 31st. Let’s bring the new year in with style. I’m appalled by this place just as so many others are.

I’m Game we should all walk out. I would leave all this for the D Rates or maybe wait around until the layoffs come this holiday season.

If it’s so bad just quit on your own and stop posting about it online, get a life you’re pathetic .

Hang in there a little longer and you can get a nice separation package. Be sure to thank the hall as you leave.

Dont be a coward, let us know your name when posting nonsense like this. Chances are you no longer work their anyway or your just hiding behind your phone with nothing better to do with your life. Be a leader and let's see how serious you are. Get a life people, everyone knows these are the same clowns posting daily. Again if you actually work in Schenectady no one is holding a gun to your head to stay. Plenty of hard working laid off men and women would love to be back.

Amazing how the allure of a $1 raise has seemingly lost its appeal. I agree, if it's as bad as you say it is, quit, save GE the hassle of doing your layoff paperwork.
