Yep, told don't hire anyone , buget cuts are in!
We do not have hours yet. We are currently being told how many Ft people allowed in each store. If you have more than allowed they are transferring to another location no choice on their part. We are to backfill with pt people. DL must approve any FT promotion or hire.
Just stop - ok here is the roll out
Plan higher volume fs is still being ironed out. The majority of stores will look like this. You will get cut
Let's say 177 to 157 for example
Then salaried hours will be subtracted but it won't be 45
It will be 55. So the demand will be for this example 102 and manager will be expected to cover the balance - if you can do it with 45
Your doing great ! But for most it will be 50-55 . Sit down and make a dummy schedule for this example
102 plus 45 on current expectations
102 plus 55 on new expectations.
You all wanted to be treated like salaried managers - so you got it! Plan on 3 (12)hour days - not 2.
That recent lawsuit p-ss-d VP off
So you will pay. Call bs on this all day long all you want but it's the plan and it could get twicked but it's the plan for now
Everything being done would have been approved by hr and or legal or wouldn't be done.
Just gotta make it til bonus check. Should align a sm walkout. Only way to fix the mindset Merlo has.
Just told today in GA my hours will be cut from 177 to 157
I'm thinking this will mean the company is opening themselves up for a lawsuit based on exempt work vs non exempt work. Not supposed to be salary and do non salary work for majority of your shift.
If your total hours are 190 now means crew hours are 145. So demand would be 145.
How many hours are crew members going to get with sm demand off the schedule? Is it going to be min 190ish then the 45 manager hours or is it gonna be 145 then the 45 manager hours?
People talking about min.hours It can be different for each store. It all depends on operating hours. As far as sm hours they will be pulled out of demand but will still be on green sheets. Demand will only be crew hours.
2x amount of hours open minus 20= your hours - new budgets for stores under 25k
900 hours for 210k a week... more hours isn't always easier
167 hours. Miss. been way for year now. 14k sales week. Waiting for more cuts
167 in NV including manager hours, been that way for a year. Weed out the colleagues who don't pull their own weight or prepare to work WAY over your 45 to keep up.
Volume 11,000 a week, yes 11,000 a week gets 220 in Ga. excellent store 4.8 msh . I love my store. I have been paragon winner twice in 4 years
Minimum hours in Nc 173 , this includes the salary manager. Stores doing 130,000 weekly 400 this includes the manger. Tech hours cut from 240 to 129 weekly . This is real so welcome to the party. Run it right and tight is our slogan . Most if our stores are amazing
Very low volume store in AL.
This year had 150 hours.
Opening shift is alone until 11 every day except truck day.
I can’t wait to see hours for next year with everyone talking big cuts.
Ha... try 160 the northeast
Is that with the SM hours being pulled out of demand? Looks that way?
The rest of the country is already that way. Be happy it took this long for you.
