My manager informed us he has a mandatory meeting next week along with the others. So something is up. 26th.

There’s tension in the club because associates have nothing better to do than stir pots, make up rumors and speculate
I am a part timer who worked an average of 32, 33....34 and 40 hours a week last month .....had a note posted on the time clock for associates to check their schedules because they had been revised. Well I checked. I now have 12 hours a week!!!!!! This is b---s--- and a SCROOGE horrible move to dedicated associates who have given their ALL throughout the year and get their last check before Christmas robbed from us!!! Shame on you Sams club/ Walmart!!!!!
Wow ....... there is so much tention in the club . Something is about to go down. I think with all the restructuring the Company is about to do ...... they must be moving all the Mgrs again . With eliminating the over night and Groc Mgr.
Hahaha! I had almost 60 hours 2 weeks ago and 40 hours last week plus 8 hours of PTO for Thanksgiving!!
And that's not Fake News all! That's a big paycheck (and a frigging ton of taxes to Uncle Sam) Hopefully we close in the spring! Vacation time! 😎🙏😲

You guys do realize that every Monday the CM has a mandatory meeting. This is nothing new.
Our club had full timers at 32 last July after having them at 36 then 34. Except for the ones who were friends with the CM....
You guys are always late you need every weekend off , complain about hours and pay
You do know that eventually the CM will not have a say in the hours. They will have to follow procedure . They either do it or get out. There jobs are not safe either.
You know full time hours are determined by the club managers right? Our club they are 39-40 but at another club where my bff works they are at 37.5.

If they cut us full-timers down to 32 hours going to be the worst thing they did because people going to start walking out.
Cutting to 32 hours for full time would be stupid. Do they really want the clubs to look worse than they already are?
Who cares anymore. They're going to do what they're going to do and there's not a thing you can do about it. Just bend over and take it, maybe HO will be considerate and use some Vaseline.
Probably laying off marketing. Makes sense i mean its just before christmas and the company would like you to be jobless this christmas.
Yes the hours cut could be true, some of us full timers have been told that full time is 32 hours. Some full timers are already reflecting this on their schedule. Working 4 full days and off 3 with days split up.
