This will be very difficult to defend from the legal stand point, I hope they lined up some good litigation attorneys to work on this - this suit will be tough:

I am 1000% sure it will never materialize.
Even if it makes to Supreme Court they will throw it out.
The original lawsuit, filed in May, included four d--gmakers: Purdue Pharma; Endo Pharmaceuticals; Janssen Pharmaceuticals; and Teva Pharmaceutical, a d--gmaker that makes generic versions
