Finally happened. Sales had it with CB and word on the street from my VP, Sales says she is gone by March and all of CSM teams will be part of the support function moving forward.
Finally don’t have to deal with CSMs or try to sell their c-appy paid offering too.

Most interesting question, if OP is accurate, will be how little of the management monstrosity she built will be allowed to exist.
