Open a design Center in Cupertino. I am confident Apple engineers will come to Qualcomm in droves. They would be happy lo quit a loser company like Apple and join a real winner like Qualcomm

Sounds like a well managed company! No wonder their EPS is +12$ (whereas Q is loosing 3$/share).
Trust me: A is a piece of shh11t to work for. The corp culture is so stingy and trickles from top. First level managers may be ok, but they have all been s---ed into the stingy work environment. Their social community programs are an eye-wash. They want to kill every business out there (only after they s--- all the blood from them). They use every loophole to stash and save money (well, that maybe true to Q or any large cap). Secretive to the point the employees white boards wont face the window, warn people that visitors are coming so keep no conversations in cubes and hallways. Their expense reimbursement is a real joke turning down for 5 times before approving. Their RSU and their brand is the only attractive force. If they dont do well in next 2-4 years, expect a mass exit out. They are no HP or AMD or XLNX or Cadence or even the old Q when it comes to treating employees. A doesnt care about anyone really. If you read this and go to A, come back and say if anything is wrong!

I would not in good conscience work for Apple who has unethical business practices. Looking at all the small businesses they've closed, money they've taken from family's tables, and stolen patents. I would never own an apple product. I am very familiar and have direct experience with both Q and A companies and the Q is far more ethical.
Good luck competing with FAANG bay area salaries. Only our C suite makes anything comparable.
