Hlam call is not a layoff call. This meeting was set weeks ago. Don't get stressed out.. Yet. Layoffs in this group have usually been 1-2 weeks before christmas.
If you don't have time, then you don't deserve to run a company.

To be fair, they are dealing with so many people that they don;t have time to do one at a time. Wells is looking at close to a 50% layoff when all is said and done.
