Anyone work in Humana at Home, Triage Monitored? I’m thinking about applying for a transfer from HCM-RN. Not sure what the demands are for this position and if it would be a good option.

Heard from manager: hourly position, expectation of 8.8 contacts per day, auto dialer, license required per need - so may be asked to obtained additional if not within compact state license, flexibility of day with exception of at start or end of shift, would have to request from manager due to need and alignment of best business practice due to possible member needs
