Bed Bath and Beyond shame on you!!!

Cutting hours so tight is pure abuse to ALL associates and managers!! Its bad enough trying to get any quality help, but to continue with a lack of care toward your staff is pure abuse!!! This company needs a total rehaul.

First, fire/reallocate all merch people.-- district and regional and send product centrally

It is a corpcentric atmosphere now.

All they do is inflate inventories and hurt turn.

It also requireS more hands to move product.

The regionals feed their misguided egos to say we NEED this product.

No, no you don't you future markdown id--ts.

Unfortunately stores are staffed in such a way that customers are no longer a priority. I know our store has received multiple complaints over lack of assistance and mystery shops are showing this too. We’re losing a lot of business to Amazon simply to the lack of staffing. The other popular complaints we’ve had lately is from the Company’s complete lack of a reputable e-commerce platform. Wrong orders being shipped, orders getting held up in processing without being shipped or explanations for the delay. Ironically, BBB wants to compete with Amazon by being experts for everything outside of our four walls. Customers are losing confidence in the Company and losing potential sales by focusing so much wasted energy on what we don’t have. The stores are losing their niche.
