It feels like with new org something will happen.. rumors been forever to be changed . Or eliminating channel. Just don’t want to be blind sided.

I’ve been worried as well as I’m in this channel in a rural area. First we were told we would hopefully hear something mid December, then we were told maybe mid January, and guess what, now we are being told we will hopefully know of the changes to our channel by mid February. Sounds like nothing is off the table, they have done a good job of keeping these changes under wraps until the last minute.
But like mentioned below, always be thinking of your next step so you’re prepared. In the event this channel is cut or reduced, I’m prepared to pursue two different careers without having to move. Nothing eases worry like preparation.
Obviously, you just mentioned it. So, how can you be blindsided? Job will be outsourced or blended with the other agent channel. Who needs to payy 80k for someone to check merchandising and talk to Target employees that don't care. They can buy prepay off a 4 foot rack
Work on your resume, skills and education. Try to put aside a few months of living expenses if you haven't already. Always try to be prepared for the worst case because nothing is guaranteed, ever.
If you begin to prepare now for closure it'll settle your worries.
You will be blind sided like all of us regardless what dept/channel you’re in. Sharpen up your resume and always be prepared. Workforce is always changing. Nothing in life is guaranteed
