I was having issues logging in but then realized if you take the /psc off the hyperlink it let me in just fine. https://severance.verizon.com

You should have set that up before your off payroll date. Do you still have the documents you received from the new micro site that you had access to after you were accepted? There were instructions for setting everything up.
Your user name should be your personal email address. May be a never set that up?
Yes I can. But I reset my password before I left. I just logged in now to text it. Call benefits connection. They will help you reset
