Any news on IEFS?

Any news on IEFS? they work the hell out of us, mandatory overtime all the time. forced 6 days off and on. could they really cut more from our organization when so many have left through quitting and T isnt back filling those lost jobs in my area. haven't hired in half a decade....

I’m pretty sure they will continue to cut IEFS and all other departments. Some time ago I heard that T was going to test the workforce’s “Will and Skill”, employee by employee. Constant training requirement and constant increase in workload would be the way they performed the test. Anyone who couldn’t or wouldn’t keep up was at risk. This workforce reduction technique applies whether you are craft or management. I believe in the past few years we’ve seen this technique applied in spades! It’s a relatively good job market right now so if another opportunity arises those with just a few years invested may want to bail.
