Anyone know what the Dc, and Maryland supplemental tax rate is? Is there an option to file exempt. I know Federal is 22.

Too late to claim exempt (for state tax I am assuming). Not sure it they would even let you do that.
Your best bet is to consult a tax preparer or accountant.
