Yes the announcement of new positions are rolling out. SM/RX hybrid. All SM have to become PTCB by July 2019 or within 6 months after they become a SM. Similar to WAGS. Mandatory one day minimum in the RX as a Tech going forward on July 1st.
Anybody knows if this is true?
There is a SM/rx position available. I'm just got into it. It currently is similar to the cross source position.
Have not heard about it being mandatory except in older threads on this site. If it isn't true today it will be in the future.

Our District leader is writing up any front store shift that doesn’t respond to Rx back up calls. We are drowning up front but have to run to Rx for one customer in line . Pharmacist no longer run a register in our district. They go home leaving us to catch up all our work after helping them all day.
You only have to log on for 8 hours per week onto an Rx computer or cash register as will all shifts and above. So 4 people x 8 hours equal 32 FS hours in Rx! You are probably using at least that much time now it is just not tracked
