Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

layoffs should begin at management levels

they are easier to get off the payroll and save the company billions of dollars.

  1. reduce the number of managers without any leadership skills.

  2. reduce the number of redundant management jobs.

3.reduce the cost to subsidize health benefits to managers that fail to serve a purpose for att to benefit from their services.

  1. reduce unnecessarily bureaucratic processes...

5..list could go on forever.....

Yes, and yes..Weak earnings growth does not make this stock a bargain.

I have had 9 managers in my 19 years with at&t. I have only 1 truly bad manager, a documented liar and cheater. My present manager is an ineffective pain in the a--, but we still get our work done regardless of the silly roadblocks he puts in front of us. I have had some really good area managers as well as a couple of good directors. I am craft. I don't want to see anyone lose their job. Well, I wouldn't mind if Randall moved on.

Sooo you’re craft..... if the wipers are working you’re not.... I can write up a list for you too if you want

Those managers you’re referring to have as much to lose as you.

Merry Christmas and let’s pray no one loses their jobs.
