LP Funding Cut

Looks like the LP department has had a massive funding cut.

Changed coming to position soon around February.

LOWES loss prevention has contibuted the the best shrink results in all off retail. Losing grasp or handle on shrink would cost this company way more money than any cut would gain.

Lol. Have you ever heard of a company telling a department with a questionable return on investment that 1. You all get a raise regardless of merit. 2. You get to work less hours for that extra money. I don’t know in what bizarro world the first reply guy lives in, but this company isn’t going to suddenly start caring about employee morale or pocketbooks when it come to LP, but keep giving the rest of the staff the finger.

That sounds like another LP wet dream.

Nope. They pulled the 48 hr reqs because they’re moving all LPs to 40 hrs and giving them SSM grade pay. They presented this last year at the regional meetings

What if its role change? Also going to a reduction in the number of LP's per market?
