Went back into the club after being one of the 1000's associates let go - just to find out they shut off the membership cards. We were told we would be placed in as alumni associates.. with a life time membership. I guess they did not want us to use out 10% discount one more time. BTW life has been grand not having to go in to the club to work. It was Great 25 years!

You never read the small print,when you retire you get lifetime membership status which does not include 10 percent off on produce
See your PTC (unless they were already let go) or contact your market manager assistant. Sounds like they didn’t receive your information!
Mine is still working fine. I submitted the form actually twice from the wore before my last day.
I was told mine would be good till the next year, it was good till the next pay period...
When an associate membership is submitted to be an alumni membership it can take up to 3 months before it is corrected in Mtracks. Until then the are to let you to continue to shop until home office corrects it. It cannot be done at club level.

Relax. It was an issue with all displaced associates. Maybe instead of b--ching, contact ur club. I'm sure they will do whatever they can to take care of you
If you were told that, escalate it. That's a representation made by an agent of the company, and you probably had witnesses, and estoppel. A verbal contract is still a contract.
