Every month this is happing in Aberdeen but yet on here , Aberdeen is booming???

Oil price is heading back to 40 to 50 dollar range, hpuses prices are still at a 20 year low, 450,000 paid off with 15000 more just in Aberdeen forecast the next 2 years and only 2300 at best getting work.

Let's be honest I live in this city and it's dead, I work for BHGE and things are as bad as every.

Negitive fake picture of Aberdeen ha ha he what a joke.

City is a hole, dirty, no work, oil is dropped back in 2 months what it took 2 years to get roof and still going.

Union street is half empty , 45% of all the oil companys buildings still sit empty, hpuses prices of last month dowm 38% on 2010 avg some over 46%.

High end rental down from 1600.00 for a 4 bed house to 900 or less.

15000 to be paid of this year reported last month and thays before this oil price drop of 30%

What planet you on? I live here I see it daily in our office we have lost over 60% in less than 3 years.

We use to have over 30 people just in our department we now have 6! We habe not employed anyone for 2 years and still not enough work to go around for the 6 we have.

Aberdeen and BHGE is a thing of the past accept all you worked for and invested you have lost min 50% of and stop thinking the good times are coming back.

You had your chance and missed it, maybe if you never wasted it on silly cars, over priced houses and flats, holidays and keeping up the sad aberdiain image and invested wisely and saved your penny's you would not be on here now making up story's about booming Aberdeen

I feel sorry for you though I am laughing as have pit all my money in the bank and rented and it cost me pennies to live here now and still won't waste my money buying a house in this sh--hole as its no where near finished yet..

Why try to portray such a negative fake picture of the city? Holburn area is one of the worst places in the city to live hence the prices are so low. It will be one of the last to pick up again. Not so in the prime area where I invest as prices there are growing.

Hiring is soaring again in the city and a 4 year old story about a company in trouble is old news. The employees will find another job easily in todays market

Billions of pounds of investment are coming into the city as it transforms itself into an international hub for oil and gas industry. Aberdeen companies have business globally and not just in the city

How is this old news the 110 people were paid off yesterday from a engineering company to do with the oil industry?

You think the oil crash has nothing to do with this?

Face facts Aberdeen is dead, airport flights getting pulled monthly, companys going bankrupt every month, unemployment at a 5 year high, nothing good is happing the place is terrible

Rental in Aberdeen is at a 15 year low you tool and i love it my flat in Holbern st 5 years ago I was renting for 850.00 a month now 410.00 so yes might rent quick but even my landlord begs me to stay as his morgage is 2 times the rent.

There are 16 to let in my street some of them are on now for over 18 months that's Aberdeen for you.

The flat I almost bought 2 years ago when I was told could not go any lower is still up for sale and for 40k less than then and still dropping!

The city is a ghost town and is far from the plave I moved to 8 years ago.

The crash in oil is going to have a huge affect the next few years as contracts are getting cancaked again everywhere.

Had my property investments in the castle-gate area rented out less than 24 hours after putting them on the market

Good times are back so I wouldn't get too worried about the odd out of date negative story

Yestwrsays news and nothing to do with Baker and Aberdeen 2019

This journalist have runout of stories so they regurgitate stuff that everybody knew about 4 years ago because negativity sells papers

Reality is hiring is growing in the city, property prices are rising, restaurants are full at the weekend and Baker Fullstream is winning and delivering massive new contracts

Aberdeen is back on track and still the Paris of the North and a booming global technology center with a new billion dollar road system, new airport, many new hotels and jobs

Any thing negitive is fake news...

Made up contract wins real news!

Aberdeen is booming

House prices up 1000000000 percent

Oil price in Aberdeen 200.00 dollars

BHGE only upstream, downstream stream company in the world.

BHGE Aberdeen winning contracts every hour and taking on staff 24 hours a day.
