Anyone else hear rumors of a first quarter eisp? Also heard of a second VSP after the managers who were picked for the first one are gone.

None of those are actually rumors, you're throwing sh!t against the wall to see what people respond to. Give it a rest, the real misery is sufficient.

The same people who told me about the vsp are now talking about the eisp.
In my area, all of the senior guys do 90% of the work while the younger guys run personal errands and take naps at home. Some of them with 15-20 years don’t know the basic job functions!
I see. So if someone can’t jump through hoops or pull rabbits out of a hat the way we sometimes.. had to, to get poorly written jobs done, just push them off the cliff? Way to stay classy.
Too many employees and not enough landlines left. Too many 30+ year stiffs hanging in there after their prime has ended.
