Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Frederick Servicing Site

Has anyone else heard of WF’s plans to remove servicing from the Frederick site by third quarter? I have heard it several times very recently. That layoffs will start after the first of the year once they have adjusted severance packages again. Each year they get worse and worse.

A few of us in several different lines of businesses were told “it would be a good idea to make sure your resumes are up to date and to start actively looking for new opportunities”.

If they make any chance the have to have a regulator review it my guess is there are no other cuts to severance coming. And the people spreading rumors just need to get a life

If they have the audacity to reduce severance once again before mass cuts, my hope is there is one loon in the laid off crowd that heads to headquarters in San Fran and takes care of the sludge.

Yes, the severance packages get smaller and smaller every year. They are due to change again after the first of the year.

Were severance benefits changed again recently (or are they due to change soon)?

I know they changed a while back -- are they reducing the benefits again?
