The Internet & Entertainment Field Services (Prem Techs) and Technical Field Services (Core Techs) will be merged under one leadership structure. It has been delayed from first to second quarter. This will result in massive layoffs on the core tech side the company will shift that work to Prem Techs. Leadership teams will be combined and cut.

With new ways to bring entertainment to our customers and with the emerging 5g we will be the future of entertainment so with that we need to make room for the future so we will continue with layoffs as planned for 2019 and 2020 so I will be dropping a massive load on CWAers chest and dragging my nuts across their faces because CWA s---s.

Why would they layoff core techs instead of prem techs ? Wouldn't it be easier for the company to layoff prem techs, since they are in appendix e ?
Att will merge work and pay over a 5 year period to try to save customers from department to department ie inr and perm finger-pointing game One technician one truck roll will save the company a lot of money in the long run
