D-Rates are eligible to bump 19 rates at BLDG 66

Per contract in 301 Local Supplement. Legacy D-Rates can bump 19 Casting Operators. T-Rates are under different Local Supplement. Layoffs in January.

Of course they can we the t rates are always nothing. Look at the 2015 contract sully gave everything to the d rate pension. My wages stay the same but my healthcare goes up. I bring home less on 40 hours. Soon there will be 50-100 t rates left

Honestly... No one cares about t rates and d rates. We just don't. GE has about 100,000 employees in the US. I bet 99,600 couldn't tell you the difference between a t rate and a d rate.
