New year new start. Under no circumstances go over your budgeted hours. Instructions to DL are to immediately identify and document non compliant PIC and SM. Use all the hours needed the next two weeks but do not go over on Jan 2019!!!!! Payroll will be the highest of expense control . Use all the help next two weeks to get ahead! They are not measuring until first week in Jan. Go for it now or you will miss opportunity .

Just because you have not seen it doesn't mean stores like mine are not out there. Yes it is rare. The store is number one in region in fs sales.
Never seen a 70fs/30rx. Most of my district is 80/20. We are busiest front store in our district and average 60/40 for sales.
I run a store that does 70 % fs sales vs 30% rx and yes we need to be open even with rx closed.
Well this might be hard for the previous poster to realize but there are stores that do major volume. Look at those in the Northeast, Hawaii, or that killer one in Vegas that brings in more then most pharmacies
Answer me this. Why do we open the store ever if the Rx is not open? Why do we not close at 6 on weekends and open at 10? Front store does not matter so why is it open longer than the super Rx depts? We are a health company so open those b--ches up in the back till midnight ! It’s Rx leaders taking care of Rx people , Fs you are sh-- to these leaders
Me too, scheduling whatever I need to catch up before Jan 1! The support staff are all enjoying their holidays while we kill our selves . All our support staff have less than 5 years with the company and many are from companies that have closed their doors! Why should we work hard and new comers get to enjoy time with family, not right! This is not a company where things are rewarded correctly. So I am killing payroll next 2 weeks and plan on leaving soon anyway, just waiting on a job offer!
Don't worry about the procedures portal, in radar. Hell, this Company doesn't even know how to function properly.

Last 2/3 weeks of the year is always the best time to rape payroll. I’m going over in my rx and I don’t give a sh--. But will definitely watch it starting 1/1/19.
It’s in the Procedures Portal in Radar. And No. they changed the policy. You only need one to open but 2 people to close.
Where do I find policy on having 1 person in store when fs is open but not Rx ? Am I breaking policy just to meet my budget.
