This sounds like a you problem. Hahahahaha Let’s stick to pragmatic reasoning here if you really want to stick it to “The Man.”
I am so erect.
Callouts are not the DLs fault. Not only is your team bad but your a bad manager if you cant develop a team that is at the very least able to show up to work. The cutbacks have nothing to do with you not being able to track attendance
This is happening everywhere. Managers can’t take it any longer and are just walking away! It is not like this at any other company just walk away people. Hoping for change will not happen ! These leaders do not know how horrible things are right now. They will get rid of you on their time frame and you piss them off if you leave on your own terms, just walk away people
For goodness sake folks, wait unit the 2019 before quitting, then ask for your earned vacation pay.
This is not the great leaders problem. You stink as a manager . The great leader could handle this easily, never had to because they were promoted without earning the position after a year in the business. Great leader is special and powerful and will have you replaced by noon next day. Seriously follow the stock prices , this company is bleeding to death and does not know how to make a profit . All about f---ing metrics and these new leaders believe in them. Dumb
Already gave notice yeaterday after 18 hour shift and was begged to stay. Nope yesterday broke my spirit. Gone. Got called a douche bag from DL when wouldn’t work until new year. Nope. Done Thanks have fun filling my spot thanks for even more insentive to not show up for the next week and make store not open up
It's not slavery because you can, you know, quit.
