IF THEY HIRE A BUNCH A HIGH SCHOOL KIDS, THEY WOULD PROBABLY GET MUCH BETTER RESULTS AS FAR AS A TACTICAL STRATEGY ,opposed to the current one

Just like bundling (including the laughable "skinny bundle") never made any sense, at least from a customer perspective.

Customers dont want to pay for 100 channels of which they only watch 10 of, nor do they want to pay for 10 channels that they only watch 5 of. But the high level decision makers have the balls to actually say that this is what customers demand... No, they want to be able to pay for the small handful of channels that they watch and not be charged an arm and a leg to do it. If AT&T cannot viably accomodate that business model, then it is a failure of a company and does not deserve to exist.
