Referral specialists need to email Care Managers when a mbr needs something or transfer them to CS for benefit questions (they aren’t CS and can’t quote benefits) - Care Managers make outbound calls all day and can’t drop what they’re doing to take calls. Unfortunatly they have a high roster and high priorities.
