Actually what VP Robert Walters stated was in response to a question someone asked re: with the company recently extending the 2017 interest rate used for lump sum payment calculations until April (to the presumable benefit of those employees that may be leaving between now or then)...should that in turn lead to us expecting another voluntary separation offer is coming soon. He was clear in his response that "in his opinion" (he clearly made that qualification)...that he does not expect an imminent voluntary separation offer. This of course would be for his organization, which is ATO, Wireless Engineering, Construction and Ops.
