Hi All - where can I find more info about Honeywell Band Levels. I know it's a layoff related topic, but need to learn more and I was unable to find any other HON forum. Thank you!

E band is executive band. They get long term bonuses which mature on a rolling 3 year maturity in addition to 25 to as much as 200% salary bonus for top levels

Band 4 is the regular type employee with bonus from special skills through Sr. Director. Amount is 10%, 15%, or 20% and payable the first non-payday in March. March 8 2019 for example. You must be employed Andy on payroll to get paid. If you quit or get RIF'd March 7th you do not get paid. In the USA you also get unlimited vacation. If you have a decent manager it works well - if a bad one you lose

The other bands 0,1,2,3 do not get a bonus and can be hourly or salary Vacation is a fixed amount based on years of service

You can find what your band level is on your salary detail page on the HR direct site. Not sure if I answered your question
