These bull sh-- metrics caused us to lose front store! Nobody would listen.

I think he meant the weighting is so high on sales/scripts that if you miss it you can't get a good score.
You get a 1 on that and the best you can do is a 3.4
That being said, most of us will have budgets of decreases due to less seasonal and other changes, so lets not get carried away with needless worrying.
Your only done if they are looking for a reason to get rid of u.
