BHGE shud be the industry leader for change always following other companies do. Cut employment costs cut pensions. Pensions are toast with AI and universal credit on the lookahead. Time to clock in and clock out too many people coming in late goin home early. Too much waste. Use more temps and flexible employment. Be smart. Get rid company cars and free petrol.
