Has anyone heard how the test markets are doing without a PTC?

The test didn’t eliminate them entirely just and FYI the club shares with another club. So those of you overly concerned with management shouldn’t fret too much on what they have to do or not have to do. Evidently you don’t have enough to do either as you seem more concerned with what the managers know or don’t know.
The markets and clubs are anywhere. The likelihood of someone commenting on their specific club number would be pretty low and even at that I wouldn’t take that has good information. It’s not like there are a ton of them testing.
Who are the markets or clubs that don’t have ptcs?
Thanks
I am one of the PTCs who has been displaced. There has been NO hiring in my club. The associates are leaving slowly but surely, cant what to see what happens when the -hit hits the fan. Better get ready leads and managers. Nothing ever works and I have been there almost 30 years. 12/7/2018 can’t come fast enough. So long Titanic!!!!
Actually probably Tuesday.
It doesn't matter if it's working or not. They will let go of all ptc company wide. Probably in February.
To the markets that eliminated the ptc’s
Do you think it’s working? Do you think the ptc’s
Are going away soon?
Go away loser.
Great!! Your done for!!
we had a general manager who was a primo lift driver...did not care for them other wise but hey they could drive a lift very well..........
How many test clubs any info would b great
Another reason why this place is ridiculous. Every CM should know how to do every single job in THEIR store. They should all know how and practice driving a lift. There should be no excuses when someone quits or a position gets eliminated. I can understand being rusty, but that's it. All these managers know how to do is quote the rules, act tough and tell others what to do while they sit around in the office. This place is history. Good riddance.
Well the managers do not know how to many of the functions, it is getting pretty hillarious.
Yea I bet. It’s a lot to put on the managers and leads. It takes away from member service
That’s for sure.
The managers are stressed out
