Has your group scheduled any kind of holiday celebration? Even something as basic as a group lunch together? I haven't heard any mention of anything in my group. Sad.

Worry about the less fortunate, including those that have been laid off.
Painful to even think of partying during times like this.
Why. Who cares. Lets help people who need help and food for the holidays
Going to work. Please worry about people that have nothing
Be happy it could be worst
Does a pot-luck in a conference room where people are pressured to volunteer to bring food count?
The head of my group in WFS is so cheap. He’s making total compensation easily close to $2m per year if not over and each year he asks other MDs to chip in $300-400 and Ds to chip in $250 for a group holiday party at a bar in Charlotte. He should fund the entire event!
You might want to start a new thread to ask that so more people see it
Does anyone know where the displacement packet is sent from?
OMG!!! Loved former comment.
What has happened to mgt? Are they all in echo-chambers, built with their own tiny hands and even smaller brains?
It's beyond embarrassing. The fragile egos of our male and female leaders is killing this co. Darwin's theory is in full swing.
There aren't life rafts big enough!!! Gotta' go -- I think I hear some music playing as water pours in!!!
Oh God I hope not. Celebrations in my group entail gathering around the manager and listening in awe and envy to his endless bragging about his life and experience. All topics that do not involve sycophantic swooning are off the table, and anybody who gets a word in edgewise or doesn’t persist in keeping up with his championship-level beer-swilling is eyed askance.
I would rather choke on roasted chestnuts.
Morale is horrendous. We get NO communications at all (it's been months), much less a holiday gathering.
Besides, what is there to celebrate? Layoffs? Dessimated benefits? Company that commits fraud against customers right and left?
I've never seen anything like this before. I hate coming in every day...so depressing.
Our group will be having a holiday luncheon in December, even though a bunch of us just got laid off.
