SM is a black cat

Since he came onboard he whines that the whole world is ganging up on QCOM. Right. But just since you took over. You're bad luck, bad news, whatever. SM is not inspiring, not charismatic not reliable. He should just go out of our misery and step down.

Also please close this whole useless legal department.!!!! they had not one win, despite claiming again and again for every litigation that QCOM has the upper hand. This is a shame. IF the engineering side had this record of successes, QCOM would have already go out of business somewhere in the mid-90's

@1rzx.... Broadcomm never offerred anything close to 130 per share they could barely afford 80 and that was with 40 billion of Qualcomms own money. Whether the stock would be better off I dont know ... Qualcomm has outsourced the shop and still cant turn it around ... Why do you think Hock could have done any better?

SM’s appointment as COO and then CEO was a big surprise to everyone who had seen him in action before. Success of 3G was wrongly attributed to him - he always seemed lost and out of touch. Wonder how he got plum assignments and who pushed him up. He’s in the inner circle of JT BTW...

Broadcomm was offering $130 per share. Now value of share is not even half of that. No NXP, no 5g leadership as ftc is chasing all over, no iot nor automotive. Good luck all executives and board members.
