What the hell is a “Talent Hub”?

The intersection of spokes in a hub and spoke talent network. Sometimes called talent pools, the most common version being typing pools. A bit old school but you can still find them, mostly in developing countries. We should be talking talent cloud but I guess we kinda stuck in transition, a hybrid if you will, with virtual talent.
Oh that’s simple- that’s where the talentless get paid a lot to tell the talented that they are just performing.
1) People who talk too much and workless.
2) people who work too hard with out results.
3) people who does not understand — right way of working is different from hardworking.
4) people who don’t know what they don’t know.
5) people who work for management chain to impress them instead working for project goals.
6) people who does not understand roles and goals.
Makes me think of Teletubbies.
