With all the reductions, why has the glassdoor ratings for cisco not gone down? Is the information / reactions provided on this forum overstated or is glassdoor bought and paid for?

I don't trust Glassdoor ratings at all. And they are allowing corporations like Cisco to manipulate those ratings at their own peril.
I wondered the same thing. I recently received an email from HR asking for positive reviews on Glassdoor... so, yeah - it is not really very honest.
