I hit the delete button every time! I just don’t think how anyone thinks this c-ap is useful. Anything rah rah I just delete.
once or twice. I wonder if leadership thinks these are moral boosters
Short answer - no. Long answer - nooooooo. Longer answer - no, I set up a filter to delete them.
It infuriates me that they think we have nothing better to do than watch their dozens of stupid videos and read their dozens of stupid articles. Do they not realize we have a lot of work to do? Apparently not. They think we have free time to just watch, and read, and comment. Well that whole team probably does. Lay off that whole useless team.
@@W0GPPR6-1lea that chunky ginger bear is probably a millennial. He will be a key player in the Talent Hub for sure.
Short answer - no, long answer - nooooooo
I must have set up a rule to delete them or else I just mindlessly delete them at this point with other spam. Never see them. No time for that.
I spend a minute reading it and the rest of the day laughing at the nonsense.
The videos are hosted by the only 2 millennials that work in the company.
I click look at the links and maybe once or twice a month read something because sometimes they sneak in something important that I’m expected to know.
Whaaaat? I love those highlight reels of Hans’ latest boondoggle trip to the Patriots game or his tweets from far flung locales. It helps me know how much I am valued and how my work fuels the corporate jet out of MMU.
Who has time? There’s your next RIF list, people with time for fluff like that, or crowd around, aka as “run away”.
Same goes for headline stories and comments, how does one get a job that allows for such luxuries as to read, reflect, and comment?
Speaking of up to speed, do they really think anyone gives a flying eff about what’s going on at the leadership shindig?
As though something meaningful might be shared via live tweets.
Useful during the strike when we were locked up in chains 13 hours a day, 7 days per week and had no idea what was going on. Since that time, still informative but could be reduced to weekly. Probably should cut the staff by 50% due to the changing needs of the Business.
I select them in multiples then click 'spam' I find it odd that they persist with the atrocious click-through rate they likely strive to conceal. I'd bet 5-10% of employees consume their tripe with any regularity.
I just delete them as soon as they hit my Inbox. Every. Day.
love them. best part of my day
Actually I want their job. Always wanted to be a cheerleader
Kool aide Propaganda. Fantastic, so exciting.
There's a team we can actually RIF...no one cares about daily up to speed emails /videos. I haven't read one at length in over a year. It was fine around strike time...and now, just overkill. Like another commentator said- patting themselves in the back.
Just Verizon patting themselves on their backs!
