Are job cuts even necessary? Everybody is leaving for PwC, Amazon, State Street, etc

If yes, why haven't we received any communication from respectable unions? One could consider it a serious violation of labor law.

Allow me to remind that unions are expected to pass any critical information to employees.

There will be job cuts in Gdynia. Maybe by the end of October, or begining of November. it is delayed due to union consultations.

Because Gdynia as far as I know it is not considered am high cost center - pretty the opposite. Analysts there can cover EMEA shifts with reasonable costs. There are centers in EMEA much more expensive.
