Sickout Fridays!!! Everyone in Verizon IT who was not offered the VSP consider getting sick on every Friday for your remaining time in Verizon and also after re-badge to Infosys. Give Infosys only a 4 day work week for as long as you can. Once you complete your knowledge transfer to India you will no longer have any leverage at all. If this transition costs Verizon/Infosys more than the money they saved by not offering everyone the VSP then it will change the equation of this corporate strategy going forward. Also, does anyone know anything about forming an IT workers union or joining an existing one?

I’m not on the side of VZ, but not doing your job could get you fired sooner. Isn’t it better to do your job and take the $ and engineer your own exit when you have something new lined up? I have a feeling there isn’t going to be much latitude for people dragging their feet or not doing their assignment.
I'm not planning on doing any work there until they fire me tbqh.
