Verizon Pats Itself on the Back After Throttling Firefighters in California

people actually watch these videos?
Oh @gyp there you go again. All that math you just did might have a point.... IF the entire U.S. Population had bothered to watch that video!
Considering how many people out of the entire population would bother to watch such a video, Im no expert, but I would guess 22k people bothering to even take the time to dislike the video is a surprisingly high number!
And of course people care if people like or dislike the video! For example the people who made the video probably care don't you think?
It's called marketing you mathematical wizard.
Lots of people care about YouTube videos, there is a whole industry for crying out loud!
Well, they disabled likes and comments on it - it was creating a ton of negative feedback with 30K+ thumbs down.
There were some thumbs up as well, probably 2 execs in charge, 7 non-paid interns that assembled the video and the art director in charge.
This just highlights how way out of touch the ivory tower is...
@bwi, you are correct I should not have said nobody. There are apparently 22,000 people that felt they needed to dislike the video. So based on a US population of roughly 350 million that means that approximately 0.006% (six thousandths of one percent) do care.
@VxK9U8D-ena- For those of of us who have been screwed by Verizon, I am sure that many can appreciate any negative press the company is getting. What goes around, comes around...
It only matters if this is a venue for spewing general spectrum vitriol against VZ instead of discussing the layoff.
It got posted to Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/videos/comments/9mabnc/verizon_creates_first_responder_ad_just_weeks/) and went viral in a bad way.
@VxK9U8D-nua - I don't think anyone's post is useless. Maybe it is to you but don't speak for everyone.
What a totally useless post. Nobody fricking cares about whether anyone likes or dislikes a video. Grow up and be more concerned with whether you have a job or not.
