I have just heard that the welcome team was laid off today....I hate news like this. Praying for those affected :(.

The welcome call team was/is based out of Irving Tx and florida-- I believe. Surveys would be done with new members related to their health, etc....usually hacking the folks we called off. I moved to another role soon after and left the team....it is real, not a fabrication. Get out fast, take care folks.
If they're RN's they should apply.
I think they selected those associates for layoff. They put them on a team, start them on a project, then close down the program. There are so many jobs in SNP..why not re-assign these associates to teams?
They do hired temps but we were full time ppl some ppl have been there more then 10 years
So sorry. Can you go to other roles? Were they full time or seasonal jobs? Some roles are hired only for open enrollment, and since it ends in December that may be why you’re being laid off?
Yes as of dec 10 we will no longer be with the welcome call center. There was about 30 or 40 ppl laid off

Maybe they are laying off the imaginary Welcome Team because they can't spell.

What the welcome call team does we call member that are starting a new plan with humana we have to call them within the first 30 days of the member enrolling in Humana we complete a 28 multiple choice questions about there help to see what free wellness programs the member qualifies for.
