What's Flannery's Golden Parachute? If I remember correctly, this is publicly disclosed, was wandering if someone here has more info about this.

Immelt’s parachute was around $211 million. Add to the rest, he got about a half billion for his time at GE + all the other perks. Tell me how the board is looking out for the shareholders and not themselves?
Flannery divested $10MM of his stock on Friday, shot up Monday betting on himself having a neg impact when kicked.
