Anyone know when the SW will go to support roles? How many are needed for TOC support vs. AD support? Methinks most of us will be stuck on dialer.

Behavioral health, IMBH and tricare have open positions !
Social workers will either go into an AD position for re-engaging members or they will go to support inpatient admission calls. Thats all the info I have right now.
That is TOC support?
